The 2018 Home Fair was held in October 2018 at the Gates Community Center. The free public event featured five unique seminars for attendees on the topics of homeownership, tenants rights, rehabilitation, home buying, and real estate sales. HUD-certified housing counselors were available for confidential one-on-one counseling sessions.
